My wife and I used Danny Plunkett after a horrible experience with another realtor when we moved to Atlanta. We called Danny to sell our house and buy a new one. The experience of working with him was like no other. Any time( and I mean any time) I had a question or concern during the selling or buying process he answered the question immediately. We listed and sold our house within weeks. Then came time to find a new house. I had looked online at several houses and discussed with him what he thought. Any time I wanted to look at one in person he was there. After a few days looking we found a house and put an offer. The sellers did not accept our offer because it was a VA loan ( Danny was very knowledgeable of the VA loan process). When our hearts were broke because we wanted the house Danny didn’t stop looking. A day later he brought me to a house that he knew we would like. We fell in love immediately. We got the offer in within hours and it was excepted. The amount of time Danny gave to us as clients was amazing. We always felt like we came first. We know have not only a life time realtor but a lifetime friend as well. I know that if we move again the only person we will use is Danny. I really can’t express how much knowledge he has and is willing to share.

As first time homebuyers, my wife and I needed all the help we could get, and we didn’t really know what to expect with this process. After hearing some great things about Danny from some friends of ours, we wanted to see what he could do for us. Danny’s expertise covers a wide range of real estate and financial topics (he’s even getting a masters in financial planning from UGA), and it is evident that he knows his stuff. If you are someone buying a house to not only live in but also to hopefully make a decent return on investment, Danny is your guy. Our favorite thing about Danny is his responsiveness. It doesn’t matter what time of day or night you call or text him, he’ll respond quickly (usually within a couple minutes unless he’s driving). That was really important to us because we had a lot of questions and needed someone to hold our hand through this. Danny is also honest in his opinion. He won’t blow smoke about how great a house is just so he can get a quick sale. He is meticulous to the point of feeling like we had brought a home inspector to our showings with us. Being frank, we knew almost everything that was going to be on the inspection report before we even made an offer. Looking for a home in an older area was easy with Danny. When we did put an offer in, we actually got it accepted for $8k off asking with a $5k seller credit for closing costs. In this crazy real estate market, I didn’t think that was even possible. He’s been doing this for a long time and it’s obvious that he’s good at it. He was with us every step of the way- from the “just looking” stage to the financing stage all the way to the closing table. If you want a painless process with a guy who really knows what he’s doing, you need to give Danny a call. He’s the best in the Atlanta area.

All I can say is THANK GOD for Danny Plunkett Real estate! I am a first time home buyer and I knew NOTHING about home buying, but Danny explained every step and gave advice that made the well known terror of home buying not *as* terrible!
